In case anyone isn’t on Instagram (how is that possible?), or doesn’t follow my Instagram account yet (please add me – I need to get my followers up!), I wanted to share a challenge I set myself last week.
For a little bit of fun, I thought I’d set myself a week long challenge on Instagram with only one rule – each day I was to upload a photo of a different beach I had visited.
My aim was to collate a short collection of snaps to share some of my favourite memories with you. All photos are my own images and were taken from holidays over the past few years. There’s a real mix of photos from all over the world, but which one is your favourite?
Here in London the sun is shining & I can’t help but dream of being on an exotic beach somewhere far away ⛱ I’m setting myself a week long challenge to post a daily picture of some of my favourite beaches I’ve visited during my travels. Let’s see where this week takes us!
Today’s photo challenge takes me back to a teeny tiny island on the south side of Panama, just off the Pacific Coast. It might have taken an entire day of travelling to get there (boat-taxi-bus-bus-taxi-boat), we arrived on NYD and had this secret hidden beach all to ourselves ⛱☀
Somewhere in the world it must be beer o’clock, so cheers to those relaxing with a beer (FYI, here in London it’s time to wake up). This photo was taken on Boracay’s glorious White Beach, 4km of pure white powdery sand that sits aside turquoise waters. There’s a dreamy thought for hump day! ⛱☀⛱☀
Ahhh this is one great photo flashback! The beautiful Playa Ancon sits 10km south of Trinidad. A perfect choice to spend the day lazing in the sunshine before heading back to Trinidad for some Cuban rum and dancing ⛱☀
It’s Friday and the end of the week, so the perfect day to share this sunset shot I took in Bali a few years ago. Every night was a perfect sunset night in Seminyak, so it’s no surprise this corner of Bali remains as popular as it is. Make sure you visit the Gili’s whilst out in Bali. Definitely not to be missed!
This dreamy shot was taken on Michamvi beach on the eastern coast of Zanzibar. Thanks to this corner of the island only having a smattering of hotels, we pretty much had the beach to ourselves – hurrah! The island is definitely worth exploring by car, as the entire coast has endless white sand beaches with turquoise oceans to discover. DREAM!
This weekend we have taken a road trip to Norfolk, somewhere I’ve wanted to visit for a long time First thing we did once we arrived, obviously, was to check out the beach! Lined with pretty pastel coloured beach huts, loads of happy dogs running around, and a never ending view of the sand – this really is a killer of a beach to end my Weekly Beach Photo Challenge on!
Don’t forget to follow me on Instagram for more photos! You know the name – pintsizeexplorer
